New Year’s isn’t the only time for new beginnings, so is spring! Just as the natural world around us is “awakening” with longer days and flowers coming into bloom, so too is our own inner energy. What better way to embrace it than by joining Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey for their free upcoming 21-day meditation program, “Finding Your Flow”?
Starting April 14, 2014, this transformational program promises to guide your through tapping into your own inner energy, so that you can use it “to attract abundant joy, love, and fulfillment into your life.”
Now if you think this sounds too far-fetched, think of it this way. Meditation is a great way to reduce stress. When you relieve stress, you are relaxed and your body and mind can function more properly, allowing energy to flow more freely — leading to creative, open thinking, a feeling of well-being, and more. Sounds good, doesn’t it? It is!
As many of you know, I’ve found the previous meditation programs always well worth my time. They are wonderful for beginners and avid meditation practitioners alike. I especially like the fact that a variety of styles are always introduced and many of the sessions utilize relaxing visuals and soothing music.
One huge advantage of the program is that you can do the meditations when and where you want and listen to them on your tablet, computer, or mobile phone. By the way, once they are available, you usually have about 3-5 days to listen to them before they are removed. Also, an on-line, personal journal is usually available to take notes once you log into your account. Take advantage of it so that you can reflect back on what you learned and how your feelings and thoughts may have changed throughout the three-week period.
So, why not give it a try? Go to the Chopra Center meditation website to register. Once the program starts, you’ll get daily meditations. Let me know what you find the most inspiring or life-changing on your journey to finding “your flow” and embracing new possibilities. Or, if you currently meditate and how you find it helpful.
