Chopra & Oprah 21-Day Meditation Challenge – Perfect Health

Want to learn how to make better choices for greater happiness, health, and wellbeing? Then you might want to join Deepak Chopra & Oprah in their free 21-Day Meditation Challenge – Perfect Health! It starts March 11th and is open to anyone worldwide.

The interactive program promises to support you in making the best choices on your on journey to perfect health, so that you can “envision your best self, tap into the wisdom of your miraculous body, and restore balance and vitality.” Doesn’t sound bad, huh?

I’m definitely going to sign up. I’ve taken advantage of Deepak’s meditation programs before as noted in my November post and they are a wonderful way to reduce stress, clear your mind, and enhance your overall health and wellbeing. Now with Oprah thrown into the mix, how can you resist?

I also love the fact that in the past the Chopra meditation challenges have introduced a variety of meditation styles, so you can pick and choose what works for you. It’s great for beginners and regular practitioners alike. Plus, you can do them when and where you want and listen to them on your tablet, computer, or mobile phone. Also, once you log into your account, you can use an on-line, personal “journal” to make notes.

As mentioned in a previous blog post, “Got Stress? Give Meditation a Try!,”
I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a go because it has so many benefits. So, what are you waiting for? Go to the Chopra website to register via facebook or email and enjoy the benefits!

Let me know what you find the most inspiring or life-changing on your journey to perfect health.
